Do we need to install anything?
No. CDMS runs in the cloud and works in any modern browser on your existing computers and tablets. You'll need an internet connection. We suggest a backup connection, like pocket Wi-Fi, at the front desk.
Can we move our existing patient records?
Yes. We review your current data and quote the migration before any work starts.
How is patient data protected?
Two-factor login, role-based permissions, encrypted ID numbers, a tamper-evident audit trail, and each clinic's data kept separate at the database level. Employers only ever see what you allow.
Can the head medtech approve results, not only the pathologist?
Yes. Who can verify, approve and release is set per role, and you can choose one-step or two-step verification.
Does it connect to our analyzers?
Not yet out of the box. Results are entered through a fast keyboard-driven screen. Analyzer connections can be quoted as a custom project.
Can we cancel?
Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
